TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all procedures:

Each treatment is subject to the practitioner's determination of whether you are a good candidate for it.

Our specialists may decline to provide treatment to any patient for any reason.

All patients must be 21 years of age or older. If there is a clear aesthetic signal that therapy may improve psychological well-being, you may be able to receive treatment even if you are older than 18 in some circumstances.

Any freebies, gifts, or savings are subject to clinic availability and practitioner evaluation.

For your clinical record, our practitioners will take pictures of you before and after therapy. By law, these pictures are kept private and used only for record-keeping.

Our specialists may wish to publish before and after photos on our media platforms. You will always be asked for permission before this happens. You will receive a media release consent document in the clinic outlining the entire arrangement. If you decline, you may reject this.

Payment for each service must be made in full either before the service is rendered or immediately afterward. Please note that in the event of late payment, we reserve the right to increase the debt's value with an administrative fee or to recoup third-party debt.
Deposits:

A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment or training course, with the amount ranging from £30 to £200, depending on the booking. In some cases, this deposit can be deducted from the price of the treatment or product. For packages or courses of sessions, a session from the package or course must be used as the booking deposit. If you want to secure a future appointment when you attend your scheduled appointment in clinic, you'll need to pay a booking deposit at the time of booking. Failure to pay the deposit will result in no future appointment being made.

Cancellations:

To avoid losing your deposit or session, we require 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations of appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, you may be able to get your deposit or session back by paying an admin fee of £20 for every 30 minutes of the appointment, or £100 for a training course. For example, if you need to cancel a 60-minute appointment with 20 hours' notice, the admin cost will be £40. Any reservations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time are subject to the same restrictions as stated above. In the event of a cancellation, deposits or sessions will be fully refunded.

Late Attendance:

If you're late for an appointment, we may have to reduce the duration of your treatment to ensure that the appointment ends on time. This is to ensure that our services run smoothly for all our clients.

Children's Policy:

For safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed to be unattended in the lobby, and we ask that clients refrain from asking our front desk staff to supervise their children during treatments. Children are also not permitted in the treatment rooms at any time.

Policy for Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the clinic due to hygiene concerns.

Links to Other Websites:

Links to other websites are provided for your convenience and do not imply our endorsement of the linked website's content. We do not have control over the content or privacy policies of these third-party websites and services, so we advise you to read their terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Gift Cards and Promotional Offers:

Each person is only eligible for one offer per promotion and offers cannot be combined with product purchases or other offers. Gift certificates are not refundable, and the expiration date will be specified on the certificate. Each person is only allowed one voucher, and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or used to buy products.

Policy for Complaints:

We take all complaints seriously and request that any complaints be addressed to the manager of Dermal Dynamics via email. We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.

Legal Notice Modifications:

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. We may revoke any of the rights granted by these terms and conditions, with or without notice. If we take any such action, you must comply immediately, including ceasing all use of the site. These terms and conditions do not establish any agency, partnership, or joint venture between us.

What cookies do we use?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device to help websites respond to your needs and preferences. We use cookies to better understand your browsing habits, track the number of visitors and pages visited, and provide you with personalised access to information you have previously shown interest in. These cookies help us enhance your website experience by monitoring which pages you find useful and which you do not.
Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser, while persistent cookies are stored on your computer until you delete them, or they expire. You can choose to accept or decline cookies, although declining them may limit your ability to fully access our site and complete certain purchases.
We use two types of cookies: required and functional. Required cookies are critical to the functionality of the site and are used to keep you logged in and remember previous site activities. Functional cookies help us track visitors to improve the site experience.
How secure is our site?
We take the security of your personal data very seriously, and therefore use HTTPS where appropriate to keep your information secure. However, it is important to note that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Therefore, sensitive information, such as credit card details, are encrypted to minimise interception risks.
If you register to use parts of our site, we may require you to create a username, password, or other identification information. It is important that you keep this information confidential and not disclose it to anyone.
We may occasionally transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to locations that may not provide the same level of protection as the UK. However, we will only do so if we have put in place appropriate safeguards and protections as required by UK law, such as a data-transfer agreement incorporating standard model protection clauses.
